Cindy Bonior, President/CEO

Cindy Bonior has led the Fremont Chamber of Commerce with 25 years of dedicated service as CEO. Throughout her tenure, Bonior expanded the Chamber’s impact by maintaining valued traditions while introducing new programs that added lasting value to membership, enabling members to thrive and succeed. Her leadership brought to life popular events such as Fremont Street Eats, the Burger & Brew Fest (including the Burger Throwdown), Business Marketplace at the Fremont Festival of the Arts, the Women in Business Conference, and Holidays at the Plaza. She also championed member engagement through meetings with City officials. Bonior credits these initiatives to close collaboration with local businesses, organizations, and the City of Fremont, saying, “Partnerships are the foundation of sustained success.”

Lisa Stambaugh, Web Diva® and Zealous Wordsmith

After 20 years in Engineering and IT (BSEE, UCSD; MSCS, Stanford), Lisa Stambaugh left Corporate America for her second career as a Web Diva® and freelance writer/editor. She launched over 700 websites in 23 years and is the author of a book and numerous articles that illuminate the inner workings of the web-o-sphere for web professionals, their clients, and the DIY crowd. Recently retired, she still manages a dozen nonprofit websites as a volunteer, visits 2nd-grade classrooms as a Fremont Library Booklegger, and is on the Olive Hyde Art Guild Board. She enjoys art/design projects supporting arts in the community, including OHAG programs and exhibits, vinyl wrap layouts for boxART! Installations, Fremont Creates, and costumes for Starstruck Theatre.

Ololade Adejare is a Retail Relationship Banker at BMO, with a strong background in both personal and business banking. Formerly a senior executive in Regulatory, Quality, and Clinical Affairs, Robin is RAC-certified, co-authored five scientific papers, and holds two patents. An ABWA member since 2012, she’s served on local and national boards, honored as a Top Ten Business Woman and National District VI VP. A graduate of leadership programs at Park and Kansas Universities, Robin is an avid sports fan and loves nurturing her garden of fruits and vegetables.
